::: SYNOPSIS :::
With a focus on a unique electric conversion of the classic 1967 Ford Mustang, the company's team has an extensive experience in the development of luxury and high performance vehicles.
Over the years our engineers contributed to various projects for McLaren Automotive, Jaguar Land Rover and F1 Racing Teams. The team's mission was to seamlessly blend classic car aesthetics with modern electric technology.
As Senior HMI Designer, I was tasked with crafting a bespoke infotainment system for an ultra-luxury vehicle. Our small, dedicated team had the freedom to innovate and create a truly exclusive user experience.
By challenging the status quo of EV infotainment, we've delivered a product that embodies opulence and cutting-edge technology.
01 :::
The Empathic idea
Imagine owning one of the world's most iconic muscle cars, reimagined as a high-performance electric vehicle.
A car that excels both on the racetrack and in everyday driving. This was the vision that inspired our founders to challenge the status quo in the luxury EV market.
Our reimagined '67 model is a masterpiece of automotive engineering, blending custom components with cutting-edge technology.
It's idea behind an advanced infotainment system offers unparalleled customization options, catering to even the most discerning tastes.

The brand definition
During the early stages of product development, numerous potential versions and directions emerge. Our primary objective was to define the car's capabilities while considering realistic production costs and client requirements. We focused on avoiding the trap of exploring countless design possibilities. As the car's aesthetic and interior became clearer, a seamless user experience with a cutting edge infotainment system became essential, reflecting the vehicle's minimalist interior design.

Infotainment ideation processes
Despite initially envisioning a broad range of possibilities with our small two-person team, our project timeline began to extend beyond each sprint's completion. We prioritized streamlining user journeys to create a more rapidly implementable, yet still luxurious user experience. Through the development of wireframes, defining cluster and console screen functionalities, and in-house prototype testing, we gained valuable insights and a clearer direction for the upcoming iterations of the product.
04 :::
The visual style
With a clear direction established, we unleashed our creative beast and jumped fast into design libraries, concept layouts, and craftmanship refinement, preparing the project for developer handoff by end of each week. The goal was a visual style that harmonized technical precision, luxurious appeal, and energetic yet understated design. The initial explorations with ecliptical glows and neon lighting, later evolved into a monochromatic reflecting design language.

Final Product
The product is everything that we could've wished for; a high-end look and feel that will put us in the spotlight alongside the most prestigious car brands out there. After a long and challenging development process, we finally achieved the premium infotainment experience our discerning customers deserve.
